Fixed-price contracts
Where a fixed-price contract is agreed, the contract sets out what is included and what you will pay. We take the time to work through the scope, budget and project requirements with you before work begins.
Collaborative budget planning
We work with you to align the scope of work with your budget. You can ask where the money is going and why, so the plan is clear from the outset.
A thorough preliminary process
Before pricing, a project may require site investigations, engineering, drafting or other specialist input. We work through the information needed for your project rather than treating every site as the same.
